Apexshere Consulting is led by Irene Opondo, a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning specialist with more than a decade of progressive experience supporting development programmes across Africa and related contexts.
Irene combines technical MERL expertise with practical field experience. Her work spans performance monitoring frameworks, implementation research, evaluations, data analysis, learning facilitation and strategic reporting.
Her leadership style is grounded in clarity, professional integrity and a commitment to helping teams use evidence with confidence.
